Terms & Conditions — Spotlight Studio

Dear clients, please read the following terms before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

- A deposit of 75% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your booking.

- The remaining balance (25%) is paid on arrival at the studio.

- Bookings are final once confirmed, so please make sure the time works for you before paying.

2. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Because each booking reserves time, space, and equipment for you:

- All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, for any reason.

- Appointments cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled after confirmation.

- Bookings cannot be transferred to another date or another person.

3. Cleaning & Conduct Deposit

- A security deposit of SAR 300 is paid when completing your booking.

- The deposit is fully refunded if you:

• Leave on time without delay.

• Leave the studio clean and tidy after use.

- The deposit is returned within 1 to 5 business days via bank transfer or STC Pay.

- If either condition is not met, part or all of the deposit is deducted based on management's assessment.

4. Damages

- The client is responsible for the cost of any damage to studio equipment or contents during the booking, according to management's damage pricing.

5. Check-out Time

- You may stay in the studio for only 10 minutes after your booking ends; after that, additional fees apply or are deducted from the security deposit.

6. General Rules

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.

- Children are not allowed unless the booking is for photographing them.

- Studio management is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.

7. Privacy

- The shooting space is fully private throughout your session.

- A supervisor is present in a separate area from the shooting space to keep things organized without affecting your privacy.
