  • Payment details: payments are processed through approved online payment gateways and Tamara. We do not store your card details.

  • Photos and videos: content captured during your session at the studio.

  • Browsing data: general technical information such as device type, browser, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To confirm and manage your booking and contact you about it.

  • To process payments and issue invoices.

  • To send reminders and notifications about your booking by SMS or WhatsApp.

  • To deliver your session photos and materials.

  • To improve our website and services.

  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Photos and Session Content

  • Photos and videos from your session are used only to deliver them to you.

  • We do not publish your photos on our accounts or in our portfolio without your consent.

  • We keep your session photos and videos only until they are delivered to you; all of them are then deleted from our devices.

  • For studio space rentals, any content you shoot yourself belongs entirely to you, and we do not keep it.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it only when necessary with:

  • Rekaz, the platform we use to manage bookings.

  • Payment gateways and Tamara, to process payments.

  • Analytics providers, using general data that does not identify you, to improve the website.

  • Government authorities, when required by law.

5. Data Protection

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

6. Data Retention

  • Session photos and videos: until they are delivered to you, as described in section 3.

  • Contact, booking, and invoice data: for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.

  • Request that your data be corrected or updated.

  • Request that your data be deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it.

  • Withdraw your consent to publishing your photos at any time.
